To study modern tram′s appearance design methods in city which has geographical and cultural characteristics. It analyzed and summarized the concept of modern trams as well as the appearance of existing models at home and abroad. It combed the conception of regional culture,and at the same time analyzed the consciousness and psychological part about people′s visional art. And then refined the sharp and color that was concrete and sensible,such as ancient Shu Sanxingdui′s cultural symbols, and applied it to modern streetcar design. It put forward a way of thinking about modern tram′ s outlook design method with geography and culture,and giving specific design cases.
