摘要

目的 研究A公司电动铅笔刨包装生产线在线质量控制及其改善方向。方法 应用排列图、 因果图等质量分析工具, 对电动铅笔刨包装生产线在线包装质量问题进行5M1E(人、 机、 料、 法、 环、 测)分析, 其中机体刮花占一次不合格率的46.54%, 是主要包装质量问题之一; 进一步运用层次分析法对机体刮花的产生因素进行分析, 用Yaahp软件求出产生包装质量问题各种因素的权重。结果 确定了各种因素的重要程度, 从而确定员工操作工艺不规范、 缺乏技能培训、 技能不熟练和质量意识淡薄是产生机体刮花包装质量问题的主要因素。结论 通过综合运用质量管理分析方法和层次分析法, 确定了引起包装质量问题的主要因素, 为包装生产线在线质量管理改善指明了方向。

Abstract

To study the online quality control of electric pencil sharpener packaging production line in company A and to figure out the direction for improvement. 5M1E (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, Environment) analysis was conducted for the online packaging quality problems of the electric pencil sharpener packaging production line, using the quality analysis tools such as Pareto, cause and effect diagrams. It was shown that scratches on sharpeners were the major packaging quality problem, which accounted for 46.54% in the total failure rate. Furthermore, AHP was used in the project to analyze the causes of the scratches, and the weights of the factors leading to the packaging quality problems were calculated with Yaahp. The key factors causing scratches were determined based on the weights of all the factors, which were the non-standard operation process, lack of skills training, unskilled operation and weak quality consciousness. The major factors causing the packaging quality problems were found out by integrated application of 5M1E and AHP, which could point out the direction for improvement of online quality management of packaging production lines.
