摘要
目的 进行全自动热成型机开发, 提高其生产效率、 生产质量和整机的稳定性, 增加系统的柔性。方法 在分析热成型机动作控制工艺的基础上, 明确热成型机工作过程复杂的逻辑控制关系; 将PLC、 位置控制模块、 传感技术和触摸屏等先进的控制手段和技术, 引入热成型机的控制系统中, 对全自动热成型机控制系统的软、 硬件系统进行了设计。结果 实现了热成型机的动作顺序控制、 控制参数及工艺参数控制, 系统运行良好, 功能和性能有了提高。结论 经实际运行, 系统工作稳定、 快速, 成品质量好, 操作方便, 实用性强。
Abstract
To investigate the automatic control methods of thermoforming machines, in order to improve the production efficiency, production quality and the stability of the machine as well as the flexibility of the system. Based on the study of movement control technology of thermoforming machine, the complex logical control relationship in the working process of the thermoforming machine was determined. Some advanced control methods and skills were introduced into the control system of thermoforming machine, such as PLC, location control module, sensor, touch screen etc. The software and hardware systems of the automatic thermoforming machine control system were designed. The control of action sequence, controlling parameters and process parameters was realized. The system operated well, and the function and performance of the thermoforming machine were greatly improved. The system was simple, practical, easy to operate, and had a higher level of control, providing reference for upgrading thermoforming machines.
