摘要
目的 通过对灯具市场的调研分析, 提出一种基于CPS理念的灯具包装方法。方法 以装饰性台灯为例, 将其计算机模型作为研究对象, 并以有限元分析软件Ansys为平台, 通过静态和动态性能的研究, 得出包装件的应力应变情况。最后利用TOPS Pro软件的优化功能进行装箱优化。结果 从有限元分析数据可以看出, 最大应力与固有频率都满足包装要求。装箱优化后, 卡车的面积使用率为95.7%, 体积使用率为88.6%。结论 通过设计与研究, 得到了一种既合理又低成本的包装方法。
Abstract
Objective To propose a packaging method for lighting fittings based on the CPS concept following the marketing survey. Methods Taking the geometrical model of lamp as a study object, the stress and strain were achieved through finite element static and dynamic analyses with ansys as a platform. Finally, an optimal packaging alternative of lamp fittings was presented with TOPS Pro. Results It was found from the finite element analysis data that the maximum stress and natural frequency both met the packaging requirements. After optimization, the area and cube utilization rates of truck were 95.7% and 88.6%, respectively. Conclusion Through the design and study, a package method which was both reasonable and of low cost was obtained.
