目的 研究军品包装军民融合的发展机制。 方法 在分析军民融合的现实意义基础上， 对比分析了军地双方的目的需求、能力优势和薄弱环节， 提出了军品包装军民融合的基本构想， 并针对实施军民融合的关键环节， 提出了促进军民融合发展的建议。 结果 军民融合对提升军用物资防护能力、促进包装行业创新发展具有积极的意义。 结论 构建军民融合的新型包装发展模式， 既要加强沟通协调， 在科研、标准、资源共享、人才培养等方面展开深度合作， 也要重视信息技术的应用和法规制度的完善。

Objective To study the development mechanism of military packaging civil-military integration. Methods Based on the analysis of the significance of civil-military integration, this paper comparatively analyzed the purpose, demand, capacity advantages and weaknesses, and then put forward the basic idea of civil-military integration, pointed out the key links in the process of implementation of civil-military integration. Results The civil-military integration development of military packaging had a positive guiding significance in improving protection of military material packaging and promotion of industrial innovation and development. Conclusion To build the new mode of civil-military integration of military packaging, communication and coordination should be strengthened in scientific research, standards, resource sharing, personnel training and other aspects of deeper cooperation, meanwhile, great importance should be attached to the application of information technology and the improvement of the laws and regulations.
