摘要

目的 为提高采用 AutoCAD 绘制纸箱/纸盒结构时修改尺寸的工作效率, 开发基于 AutoLISP的纸盒/纸箱 CAD 系统, 该系统开发的主要任务是软件系统的工作流程、总体开发方案以及程序设计。 方法 采用相对极坐标描述节点、 参数化设计、 盒( 箱) 型库与盒素库相结合、 拼合法设计等方法, 用AutoLISP语言进行程序设计。 结果 设计出的软件系统可以根据纸盒CAD、纸箱 CAD 的数学模型, 实现纸盒/纸箱结构参数化绘图 , 具有对输入数据合法性检验和出错处理、输出结构展开图及自动标注尺寸功能。 结论 在实际应用中该系统可大大减少设计中的重复工作,并为后续工作提供便利。

Abstract

Objective AutoCAD is used to draw the carton box structure, in order to improve the work efficiency, we need to develop a box / carton CAD system based on AutoLISP. The main task of software development work was to complete the work flow of the system, the overall development plan and program design. Methods In the development process, the following methods were used: node description by relative polar coordinate, parametric design, the combination of box/carton-type library with box/carton components library, and assembly design, and the AutoLISP language was used for program design. Results In this program, the parametric drawing for box/carton structure could be achieved according to the mathematical model which was built with CAD. And in the same time, the system had functions of input data legality verification, error handling, output expansion plan, and automatic dimensioning. Conclusion In practical application, this system could largely reduce repeated work in the design, and facilitate the follow-up work.
