To explore the design theory which can adapt to the requirements of future society and figure out the transformation of design core values. Based on the analysis of historical development and existing problems，the future design will definitely show a systematic trend，the meaning and value of which can be demonstrated by both sides of theoretical basis and the practical significance. The future design will focus on the system as its core which includes people， objects，environment，other factors and all their mutual relationship in the system. Systematic design configures and integrates the variety resources of the system in order to maximize the benefits of whole system. The theoretical basis for systematic design is complex system theory which is highly relevant to the current design trends. Systematic design will guide it to achieve the purpose of circulated and sustainable， expedite the design process of dematerialization and lead to a more effective way to evaluate the design performance and direct its developing trend.
