摘要
目的 建立控温包装控温时间预测模型,保护温度敏感产品在一定时间内不受外界温度变化的影响。 方法 以典型长方体产品的控温包装为研究对象,通过计算控温包装系统热阻及控温包装内蓄冷剂的吸热量,建立控温包装控温时间预测模型。 同时,基于 2 种典型控温包装产品在 296 ,308 ,318 K 等 3 个温度环境中的储藏试验,进行理论与实验验证。 结果 实际控温时间比模型预测时间长,但偏差均小于 10% 。 结论 该理论模型能准确地预测控温包装控温时间,研究成果为控温包装设计提供了理论依据。
Abstract
Objective To establish a prediction model of insulating package shelf life to prevent temperature sensitive product from being influenced by temperature during the available period. Methods An available period prediction model for the typical insulating package of rectangular product was established by calculating the thermal resistance of insulating container and the total heat absorption of refrigerant. The validity of the proposed model was confirmed by experimental data based on storage experiment of two typical insulating packages at three temperatures (296, 308, 318 K) . Results The experimental values were larger than the model values. But the deviations were below 10% . Conclusion The result indicated that the proposed model could accurately characterize the shelf life of insulating package, which provides theoretical reference for the design of insulating packages.
