摘要

目的 研制一种新型木塑复合材料。 方法 采用对比试验及验证试验,合理设计新型木塑复合材料的配方及其制备方法。 结果 确定了新型木塑复合材料的最佳配方和最优的制备方法及工艺参数( 板材厚度为 12 mm,混料加热温度为 80 ~ 90 ℃ ,冷却水的温度为 3 ~ 8 ℃ ) 。 结论 研制成功的新型木塑复合材料具有抗静电、阻燃防火、附着力强、防潮、防水、防虫、防霉、耐腐蚀、强度高、韧性好、耐老化、缓冲性能好、表面光滑、质量轻、木质感强、无污染、价格低等优良性能,适合印刷标志。

Abstract

Objective To develop a new type of wood-plastic composite material. Methods The formula and the preparation method of a new type of wood-plastic composite material were reasonably designed by comparison test and verification test. Results The optimal formula of a new type of wood- plastic composite material and the most optimized preparation method and technological parameters ( plate thickness: 12 mm, heating temperature of material mixing: 80 ~ 90 ℃ , temperature of cooling water: 3 ~ 8 ℃ ) were determined. Conclusion The new type of wood-plastic composite material was anti-static, fire-proofing, moisture proof, water proof, insect preventing, mould proof, and had strong adhesive force, high corrosion resistance,high strength, good tenacity, high aging resistance, good buffering effects, smooth surface, light weight , good woody performance , with no pollution and low cost, and is therefore suitable for printing marks.
