摘要
目的 研究并获得包装箱减振和密封效果。 方法 以某包装箱结构设计为基础,进行了减振装置冲击试验。 为准确获得包装箱漏率指标,建立了温度和大气压力补偿模型。 结果 冲击试验结果表明减振效率不低于 62 . 3% ;气密性试验表明包装箱漏率为 3 . 03 X1010-4Pa·m3/ s。 结论 为该包装箱设计定型提供依据,并为其他带减振或密闭容器设计及试验提供参考。
Abstract
Objective To study and obtain the damping and sealing results of a packaging box. Methods Based on design of a packaging box, vibration dampers shock test was conducted. To get accurate leak rate, a temperature and atmospheric pressure compensation model was established. Results The results showed that the damping effect was not less than 62. 3% . The air tightness test indicated that the leak rate of packaging box was 3. 03 X10-4Pa·m3/ s. Conclusion These results provide the basis for packaging box design typification, and give the experimental basis and reference for other damping or sealing packaging box.
