摘要

采用“PC 机+运动控制器+伺服电机”的设计方案,设计开发了基于LabVIEW 的多轴运动监控平台,并在LabVIEW 中通过ActiveX 技术开发了平台控制界面和监测程序。所开发的平台具有较高的控制性能,且开发周期短,易操作。

Abstract

A multi-axes motion monitoring and control platform based on virtual instrument was designed by using the method of "PC+motion controller+servo motor". Platform control interface and monitoring procedures was developed using ActiveX technology. The platform has characteristics of high control performance, short development cycle and easy operation.
