针对国内使用镀铝复合膜作为包装的品牌方便面成品包装出现的质量问题,利用多款检测设备及分析技术,对不同品牌方便面的镀铝复合膜的阻隔性、密封性、力学性能以及溶剂残留等关键指标进行了检测,结合方便面面饼的特性、包装工艺以及镀铝复合膜的生产工艺,根据测试数据分析了镀铝复合膜与面饼之间的相容性、质量问题的产生原因及解决办法。

Aluminum composite film of various instant noodles was detected by different packaging testing equipments. Critical quality indicators of the composite film were detected, including barrier property, sealing property,physical and mechanical property, and residual solvent. The compatibility and quality problems and their solution were analyzed based on testing data, combined with characteristics of instant noodles, packaging technology, and production technology of composite film.
