摘要

为满足瓷片包装自动化的需求,对瓷片自动包装生产线的关键部分———瓷片组四角防护装置进行了设计,用摇块机构解决了放包角的问题,并利用Matlab 优化工具箱对其求解,很好地满足了实际要求。

Abstract

The key part of automatic ceramic tile packaging line, four corners protection device of ceramic tile group was designed to meet the automatic packaging demand of ceramic tile. Oscillating block mechanism was applied to problem of corner packaging. Matlab optimization toolbox was applied for optimization. The design was proved to meet the actual requirements well.
