摘要
分析了常见的烫印缺陷,介绍了烫印缺陷在线检测的基本流程以及检测系统的关键技术,包括烫印缺陷的判定,Blob 算法如何分析连通区域,确定连通区域的数量、大小、面积和位置等信息,根据连通区域的特征参数成功地对烫印缺陷进行了分析归类,实现了烫印缺陷的在线检测。
Abstract
The common hot stamping defects were analyzed. The basic flow of hot stamping defects on-line detection and key technology of the detection system were introduced, including the judgment of hot stamping defects, analysis of connected component with Blob algorithm, and determining the number of connected area, the information such as size, area and position. Hot stamping defects were classified successfully according to the features of connected area parameter. On-line detection of hot stamping defects was realized.
