以袜子为包装对象,基于袋式包装要求和袜子特性两方面的考虑,设计了一种适合单多双袜子包装的折边袋形式。对折边袋结构进行了参数化设计,并提出了一种相适应的优化方法对其进行结构参数优化。综合袜子和折边袋的特性,提出了一种袜子折边袋系列化设计的方法,以单双袜子为例,设计了一系列的折边袋型号,并建立了不同尺寸袜子和不同型号折边袋之间的对应关系。通过具体实例的进一步分析,验证了折边袋参数化设计和系列化设计的合理性。

The socks are taken as an object of packaging. Considering the requirements of bag packaging and the characteristics of socks, gusseted bag suited to not only one pair but also multiple pairs was designed. The parameterization design of gusseted bag was carried out and a optimization method suitable for structure parameter optimization was put forward. A serialization design method of socks gusseted bag was put forward combining properties of socks and gusseted bag. A series of bag type were designed and the corresponding relationship between socks and bags was built by taking one pair of socks for example. It proved that parameterization design and serialization design of gusseted bag are reasonable through specific instances.
