摘要
根据钢卷包装中捆带的捆扎方式,建立了周向内捆带和卷眼捆带的物理模型,应用材料力学、弹性力学等相关理论知识对其捆扎力进行研究分析,得出了捆带最终拉力与初始打捆力之间的关系,以及周向内捆带所受最大约束反力的计算公式,并在此基础上得出了改进钢卷包装效果的方法。
Abstract
Based on the bundle modes, physical models of radial strap and inner circle strap in steel coil packaging were established. The bending force was studied using relevant theories of material mechanics and elastic mechanics. The relationship between the ultimate tensile force and the initial bending force was obtained as well as the maximum reaction force formula of inner circle packaging strap. The method to improve steel coil packaging effect was put forward according to the above analysis.
