Oxygen and carbon dioxide abundance ratio of sample with different packaged form were tested with selective test of sampling time and analysis time. Stability and application scope of headspace gas analysis technique for simultaneous determination of oxygen and carbon dioxide abundance ratio in food or pharmaceutical package was verified. The purpose was to provide reference for food, drug manufacturing enterprise or research institute on adjusting appropriate proportion of gases in package.
