摘要

全瓦楞纸板缓冲包装在小型产品上应用较多,而在大型产品上应用较少。 首先测试了 5 种楞型瓦楞纸板的力学性能参数,制作了 4 种瓦楞结构并对其静态和动态缓冲性能进行了测试。 在此基础上,以海尔XQB45-10B 波轮洗衣机为例,基于产品的基本参数和流通环境,设计并制作了海尔洗衣机的全瓦楞纸板缓冲包装。 该设计方案通过了实验室安全性测试,证明了使用瓦楞纸板代替塑料缓冲包装材料的可行性。 为在大型产品上推广应用全瓦楞纸板缓冲衬垫提供了参考。

Abstract

Cushioning structure of full corrugated paper board has been widely used for small-scale goods, but has scarely applied to large ones. Mechanical properties of 5 kinds of corrugated paper board were tested. 4 kinds of corrugated structure were manufactured and their static and dynamic cushioning performance was tested. Haier washing machine XQB45-10B was taken as example. Cushioning structure with full corrugated board was designed and manufactured for the washing machine based on its parameters and circulation environment. The designing scheme passed safety tests in the laboratory. It was proved that replacing plastic cushions with corrugated paper board for large products is feasible. The purpose was to provide reference for application of full corrugated board cushion in large products.
