摘要

钙塑瓦楞纸板是将普通瓦楞纸板的芯纸替换为钙塑材料而成,该材料除普通瓦楞纸板的优点外,还具有强度高、防潮等性能。 通过实验方法,对 3 层钙塑瓦楞复合纸板平压强度、边压强度和戳穿强度进行了测试分析,同时将钙塑瓦楞复合纸板与普通 5 层瓦楞纸板性能进行了对比。 结果表明,3 层钙塑瓦楞复合纸板的边压强度为 0. 650 kN,平压强度为 1. 274 kN,戳穿强度为 7. 5 J;5 层瓦楞纸板的边压强度为 0. 378 kN,平压强度为0. 437 kN,戳穿强度为 6. 75 J。 为该新材料的推广使用提供了依据。

Abstract

Calcium plastic corrugated board is made through substitution of calcium plastic material for ordinary corrugated cardboard, which not only has the advantages of ordinary corrugated cardboard, but also has the advantages of high strength and moisture-proof performance. Flat compression strength, edge crush strength and puncture strength of 3 layer calcium plastic corrugated board were tested and compared with the performance pf ordinary 5 layer corrugated board. The result showed that the flat compression strength, edge crush strength and puncture strength of 3 layer calcium plastic corrugated board is 1. 274 kN, 0. 650 kN, and 6. 75 J respectively; the flat compression strength, edge crush strength and puncture strength of 5 layer corrugated cardboard is 0. 437 kN, 0. 378 kN, and 6. 75 J respectively. The purpose was to provide basis for promotion of the new material application.
