针对计算机集成印刷系统(CIPPS)的概念问题,首先在分析传统印刷制造系统所面临问题的基础上,提出了数字化印刷工作流程和 CIPPS 的概念;然后通过以 MIS 为中心的 CIPPS 和以 JDF 为中心的 CIPPS,来描述CIPPS 的基本运行原理;最后,针对 CIPPS 的实现问题,提出了 CIPPS 的关键使能技术。

The concepts of digital printing workflow and computer integrated print production system were put forward based on the analysis of the problems of conventional print production system. The basic operating principle of CIPPS was introduced through a MIS-centered CIPPS and JDF-centered CIPPS. The key enabling technologies of CIPPS were put forward for the realization of CIPPS.
