According to requirement of tile mechanized packaging, a fully automatic tile packaging line intermittent separation mechanism was designed. SolidWorks model of the mechanism was constructed. The cooperated motion of cam and incomplete gear can complete the tile lifting process smoothly and efficiently. Intercoordination of mechanisms was designed through computational analysis. The separation requirements of tiles with different thickness were met by changing the teeth number of the incomplete gear.
