摘要

测试了植物纤维制品的静态缓冲特性,并和蜂窝纸板、发泡聚苯乙烯的静态缓冲特性进行了对比分析,得到了植物纤维制品的缓冲系数-最大应力曲线,为实际生产中植物纤维制品的材料及结构设计提供参考。 结果表明,植物纤维制品具有优良的力学特性和缓冲特性。 最后,分析了植物纤维制品的缓冲机理。

Abstract

The static cushioning properties of a plant fiber product were tested, analyzed and compared with which of honeycomb fiberboard and EPS. The cushioning coefficient and maximum stress curves of the plant fiber product were drawn. The results showed that the plant fiber product possesses excellent mechanical performance and cushioning property. In addition, cushioning mechanism of the plant fiber product was analyzed. The purpose was to provide reference for material selection and structural design of packaging product.
