利用公司利益相关者相关理论与方法,分析了包装产业低碳化发展中的利益相关者相关问题,论述了包装产业低碳化利益相关者对减排活动关键主体(政府、企业和公众)进行功能定位,并配置协调它们之间矛盾冲突的问题。 在此基础上,提出了应更清晰地认识低碳包装生态结构,明确节能主体的相互关系及其责任义务,建立更合理的包装产业低碳化发展管理机构体系。

Relevant issues of stakeholders in low carbon packaging industry development were analyzed using stakeholder theory and method. The way to locate the functions of main bodies of emission reduction activities, government, corporate and the public, and to coordinate the conflicts among them were discussed. Suggestions were put forward, which were understanding more clearly the ecological structure of low-carbon packaging, clearing the relationship between their responsibilities and obligations of the energy-saving main bodies, and establishing a more reasonable low carbon packaging industry development management agency system.
