以手机包装盒生产线为研究对象,运用 IE 秒表测时法对各工位进行测定,应用 IE 方法对测定结果进行了分析和研究,发现了生产线存在的问题,提出了生产线重组方案。 通过设备和工具的改进、作业内容和人员的重新调配以及改善工作场地布置等措施,设计出了新的生产线,提高了生产线平衡率和成品生产效率。

Mobile phone packaging box production line was taken as study object. Each workstation was measured by IE stopwatch measuring method. The measurement results were analyzed with IE, and problems of the production line were found. Reconstruction plan of the production line was put forward. The measures of modifying equipments and tools, rearranging works and workers, and reforming working layout were applied in design of the new production line, which improve production line balance and production efficiency.
