摘要
由于陶粒砌块属于易碎物料,因此大部分工厂生产中码垛的工序是由人工完成的,针对此需求设计了一种自动码垛机。 首先建立了三维模型,初步确定了方案的可行性;然后进行了运动仿真和受力分析,为码垛机选择了最优运动方案;最后,对码垛机进行了静动态特性分析,评价了各部分性能并进行了优化。
Abstract
Ceramic block belongs to brittle material, so the process of stacking was completed by artificial in most factories. According to the requirement, a automatic stacking machine was designed. First, 3D model was built to determine the feasibility of the scheme; then, dynamic simulation and force analysis was carried out to determine the best movement scheme; finally, static and dynamic analysis was carried out to evaluate the performance of each part and make further optimization.
