摘要
考虑到泡沫衬垫材料的非线性特性,应用有限元软件 ANSYS Workbench 的瞬态动力学模块,对电磁炉包装件在运输过程中的振动特性进行了计算机仿真,得到了包装件的加速度及缓冲衬垫的动态应力-应变云图,并通过定频振动试验,验证了仿真结果的准确性。
Abstract
Considering the nonlinearity of foam cushion, ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software was applied to simulate the dynamic behavior of induction cooker package in transportation. Acceleration of the packaging and dynamic stress and strain of the foam cushion were obtained. The accuracy of the simulation was verified by fixed frequency vibration test.
