摘要

在分析 ISO 胶印工艺灰平衡控制方法的基础上,以标准 ICC 为目标,实现了基于灰平衡优化的印刷标准化校正工艺设计,简化了校正工艺流程。 实验中通过 ICC 特性文件制作软件与 CTP 印刷补偿技术的结合,实现了该校正流程,创建的新 ICC 特性文件与标准 ICC 具有高度的一致性,能够满足印刷条件改变时,印刷工艺的标准化。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the ISO adjustment methods " the use of near-neutral scales" , standardized calibration process of based on gray balance optimization was designed with standard ICC as target to simplify the calibration process. The calibration process was realized via combination of ICC profile creation software and CTP process calibration techniques. The created ICC profile has good consistency with standard ICC profile, which can meet the requirement of printing process standardization when printing condition changes.
