分析了屋顶型纸盒强度的影响因素,测试了不同材质和生产工艺屋顶型纸盒的拉断力、封合强度、挺度、挺度纵横比和耐破度以及纸盒胀包值;提出了屋顶盒牛奶抵抗渗漏和胀包的控制措施。 结果表明:选择优质纸板纸盒和阻绝纸板反折边纸盒,有助于提高纸盒强度,提升企业品牌形象。

The influencing factors on strength of gable top carton were analyzed. The tensile strength, sealing strength, stiffness, stiffness ratio, bursting strength and fat pack of the carton with different board materials and production process were measured. The anti-leakage and fat packs were also carried out. The results showed that high quality paperboard and barrier paperboard cartons with reverse folded edge can improve carton strength and brand image of fresh milk.
