摘要

建立了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)同时测定药用玻璃中的砷和锑溶出量的方法,并对 HG-AFS 工作参数及条件进行了优化和选择。 As 检出限为 0. 020 μg / L,Sb 检出限为 0. 024 μg / L;回收率范围为96% ~ 103% 。 本方法简便快捷、灵敏度高、专属性强、准确可靠,可作为药用玻璃容器的质量控制方法。关键词: 原子荧光; 药用玻璃; 砷和锑溶出量

Abstract

A new determination method of arsenic and antimony in pharmaceutical glass container using HG-AFS was established. Operation parameters of HG-AFS and condition were optimized and selected. The detection limit was As 0. 020 μg / L, Sb 0. 024 μg / L separately. The recovery was in the range of 96% ~ 103% . This method is proved to be simple, sensitive, specific and reliable, which can be used for quality control of pharmaceutical glass container.
