摘要
利用海带高强度的特性,研究了利用海带提高纸张强度的方法。 以瓦楞芯纸作为研究对象,制备了海带液与 PVA 组合施胶剂,并对纸张进行表面施胶,确定了最佳施胶参数:海带液的质量浓度为 10 g / L,PVA 质量浓度为 100 g / L,海带液与 PVA 溶液体积比例为 3 : 1,施胶量为 5. 0 g / m2 ,沿纸张纤维方向对瓦楞芯纸进行双面施胶。 在此参数条件下,瓦楞芯纸抗张强度增加 5. 0% ,伸长率增加 5. 4% ;表面摩擦系数明显减小,静摩擦系数减小 20% 。 经过热老化处理,施胶瓦楞芯纸的抗张强度降低 1. 6% ,低于施胶前的 4. 6% 。
Abstract
In order to improve mechanical strength of corrugated paper, reduce its basic weight, and enhance its mechanical property, kelp/ PVA combination sizing method was studied. Kelp/ PVA combination sizing agent was prepared and corrugated paper was taken as research object to determine the best parameters. The result showed that the best parameters were: kelp density 10 g / L, PVA concentration 100 g / L, kelp and PVA volume ratio 3 : 1, sizing weight 5. 0 g / m2, and double sizing along paper fiber direction. It was found that while the best parameters were chosen, the tensile strength increased by 5. 0% , elongation increased by 5. 4% ; surface frictional coefficient was obviously reduced and static friction coefficient reduced by 20% . After thermal aging treatment, tensile strength of sizing corrugated core paper reduced by 1. 6% , less than 4. 6% of that compared paper.
