摘要

为检测纸浆模塑产品厚度,采用CCD的光学方法进行非接触式测量。通过标定,结果以待测物壁厚的灰度图形式给出,通过像素与实际厚度之间的转换,测出纸浆模塑产品厚度。实验表明,该方法能够准确测量1 mm以下包装产品厚度,且具有精度高、非接触测量、白光照明和适合现场测试的特点。

Abstract

Non-contact measurement method based on CCD optics was applied to test the thickness of molded pulp products. Through calibration, the results were given in gray image. According to the transformation relationship between pixel and actual thickness, the thickness of molded pulp products was measured. Experimental result showed that the method is effective to measure the product thickness lower than 1mm and has high precision, non-contact, light resource with white light and is suitable for field test.
