摘要
在实际批量生产条件下,根据Denis Erath等人提出的构想,采用325目的丝网进行2次叠印(采用三母线电极分布),将印刷得到的参数与采用360目丝网一次印刷得到的参数进行对比实验。分析结果表明,采用二次印刷可获得更好的电极线高宽比,填充因子FF变化不明显,短路电流J-SC和开路电压V-OC获得一定的提升,太阳能电池的转换效率则由17.574%增大至18.032%。
Abstract
According to the compose of Denis Erath etc, twice screen printing using 325 eye screen mesh and single screen printing using 360 eye screen mesh were carried out. The parameters were compared. The results showed that twice screen printing has better aspect ratio, insignificant filling factor, improved short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage, and increasing conversion efficiency from 17.6% to 18.0%.
