摘要

阐述了一种以ARM9内核处理器作为控制芯片的新型制袋机控制系统的设计方案。基于ARM9内核处理器可靠性高、数据处理能力强的特点,控制系统分解为2个独立的子系统:定长定位控制系统由单片机DSPIC、交流伺服驱动器及主电机组成;张力控制、光电纠偏各组成独立的子控制系统。实际运行的结果表明,该方案有效地提高了系统控制精度。相对于以PLC或工控机为控制核心的控制系统,以ARM9为核心的制袋机控制系统使生产线获得了更高的运行速度和更好的稳定性。

Abstract

A design scheme of bag making machine control system by ARM core embedded processor was introduced. The control system was divided to two subsystems based on high reliability and powerful data processing ability of ARM core processor. Fixed length and position subsystem is composed with single chip microcomputer DSPIC, AC servo driver and main motor. Tension control and photoelectric rectification is another independent subsystem. The practical running results showed that the scheme effectively improve the precision of the control system; compared to those bag-making machine control system using PLC or industrial computer, the control system is faster, more precise and more stabile.
