摘要

针对太阳能组件包装在集装箱内的合理装载布局问题,提出了根据集装箱尺寸来设计改变运输包装件尺寸的方法。通过对运输包装件尺寸、组件产品装载数量和集装箱装载效率3者之间关系的计算,得出了较合理的太阳能组件包装模型,实现了集装箱装载效率最大化、包装方式的最优化,为行业产品包装提供理论依据和参考价值。

Abstract

A method of changing transportation package size according to container size was put forward to solve the layout problem of solar components packaging reasonably loaded in the container. A reasonable solar components packaging model was obtained through calculation of the relationship among transportation package size, components loading number, and container loading efficiency, in order to maximize the efficiency of container loading and optimize of the packaging. The purpose was to provide theoretical basis and reference for industry product packaging.
