摘要

从安全角度出发，综述了国内外关于感染性物质安全监管方面的法律法规，总结了感染性物质安全防护的要点，并归纳了感染性物质包装的相关检测技术，以为感染性物质包装的安全监管提供借鉴。

Abstract

From the viewpoint of security, the laws and roles on safety supervision of infectious substance were summarized. The main points of safety protection and the detection technology of packaging were summarized. The purpose was to provide reference for the safety supervision of the packaging of Infectious substance.
