摘要
针对电池片破损率高的问题,设计了电池片的运输包装方案。在此基础上对其运输包装件构建了有限元模型(包括施加载荷及约束)和有限元静力学分析及模态分析,得到了位移变形图、应力应变云图及前6阶模态。计算结果对产品的保护性包装设计有重要意义。
Abstract
A transport packaging alternative of solar cells was designed to reduce its damage rate during distribution. On the basis of the alternative, finite element model of the packaged s was built, including the applied loads and boundary conditions. Finite elemental static analysis and modal analysis were carried out to obtain the deformations, stress/strain nephograms, and first six mode shapes. The purpose was to provide reference for protective packaging design of solar cell.
