The strong analysis function of EXCEL software was combined with the data source of ERP for packaging enterprise management. A solution to solve problems of packaging enterprises was introduced with case analysis, which included the application of EXCEL software in packaging enterprise supply chain selection and the full application of ERP system. The purpose was to provide reference to improve management level and competition power of enterprise.
