摘要

将骨胶(BG)经戊二醛交联改性后,插层到蒙脱土(MMT)中,得到了交联型骨胶/MMT插层复合物。对骨胶插层的影响因素及改性后骨胶的性能进行了研究、讨论,并对改性后骨胶的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,制备交联型骨胶/MMT复合物的最佳工艺为反应温度30 ℃、反应时间1 h、pH=7,所得骨胶的韧性得到了改善,热稳定性也有所提高。

Abstract

The modified bone glue was prepared by grafting copolymerization with glutaraldehyde as modifier, and then it was intercalated by montmorillonite. The influencing factors and performance of glutaraldehyde-bone glue intercalated by montmorillonite was studied and discussed. The performance was characterized. The result showed that the optimum process conditions are reaction temperature 30 ℃, reaction time 1 h, and pH value 7; the toughness and thermal stability of the bone glue is improved under these conditions.
