摘要

对食品防潮包装的理论研究现状进行了系统研究和分析。主要阐述了吸附模型、单组分干性食品货架期预测模型、多组分食品货架期预测模型和基于多因素影响的神经网络货架期预测模型国内外的研究进展,并分析了各个模型的优点和不足,为进一步研究食品防潮包装货架期提供理论参考。

Abstract

Food moisture-proof packaging theory was studied and analyzed systematically. The research progress on adsorption model, shelf-life prediction models for single component dry food and multi-component food, and neural network shelf-life prediction model were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of each model were analyzed. The purpose was to provide theoretical reference for further research of moisture-proof packaging for food.
