he production process of projectile protective packaging products has the characteristics of materials integrated application and complex process control, so, it has risk in quality, schedule, and cost control. Risk identification, risk analysis, risk management and control of the production process were carried out using risk-management theory with an example of a canister. The function and significance of risk management theory on projects/products to achieve the desired objective was revealed.
