研究了快速分拣区域储位空间的优化分配策略，同时分析了企业常用的等时间分配策略和等空间分配策略的原理及模型。以某配送中心快速分拣区域为例，比较了3种储位分配策略的差别，验证了优化空间分配策略在节约补货成本方面的优越性。

The optimal storage space assignment strategies of fast order picking area were studied. The principles and models of equal time and equal space assignment strategies commonly used by enterprises were analyzed. The difference among three storage space assignment strategies was compared with an example of fast picking area of a distribution center. It concluded that optimal assignment strategy has the advantages in terms of saving replenishment cost.
