介绍了复膜塑编热合糊袋机的工作原理，根据复膜塑编热合糊袋机工艺要求，采用西门子的SIMOTION D435和SINAMICS S120组合，设计出了糊袋机整机控制的软硬件实现方法，并介绍了热合部分的控制程序。实际运行结果表明，该控制系统可较好地满足此类糊袋机的控制要求。

Operational principle of mouth sticking machine for plastic film weaved bag was introduced. According to the production process and the requirement of control system of mouth sticking machine for plastic film weaved bag, the combination of Siemens SIMOTION D435 and SINAMICS S120 was applied to design hardware and software control implementation. Parts of the control program were introduced. The operation practice showed the system can meet the control requirement of mouth sticking machine.
