以一款典型波轮洗衣机运输包装件为研究对象，通过堆码试验、随机振动试验及跌落试验分析，初步确定了波轮洗衣机包装的关键防护部件为洗衣机盛水桶底部的离合器组件；建立了波轮洗衣机与缓冲包装衬垫的分析模型，并进行了模型简化及力学计算，从理论上证明了初步结论的正确性；分析了波轮洗衣机关键防护部位的防护技术措施，为波轮洗衣机关键部位防护包装结构设计提供参考。

Transport package of a typical pulsation washing machine was taken as research object. Stacking, random vibration and drop tests were carried out and analyzed. It was primarily concluded that the key protection part was the clutch subassembly in the bottom of washing tub. An analysis model of the pulsation washing machine with cushion packaging was established; the model was then simplified; and mechanical calculation was carried out. It was proved theoretically that the primary conclusion is correct. The protection measures of the key protection part of pulsation washing machine were analyzed. The purpose was to provide reference for packaging structure design for key protection part of pulsation washing machine.
