结合印刷全画面检测系统的特点和对待检测图像的特定要求，使用相位相关法解决了印刷全画面检测系统中的图像定位问题。在实现过程中，运用四元数理论，充分利用了彩色图像中各通道的色度信息，在提高处理性能的同时，尽可能保留定位后彩色图像的忠实再现。经图像质量参数和印刷参数检测软件评价表明，该方法能够较好地运用到印刷全画面检测系统中。

Phase-correlation method was applied to solve the image registration problem of print whole image detection system considering the feature and the specific requirements of the system. The chroma information of each color channel was fully used with quaternion theory during implementation, which improves processing performance and rendering color image faithfully as possible. The method was evaluated by image quality parameters and print detection software. The results showed that this method is applied better in print whole image detection system.
