摘要

通过对热成型机开合模机构工作原理的分析,设计了一种新的凸轮曲柄连杆开合模机构,同时对凸轮曲柄连杆开合模机构进行了运动学及动力学分析,给出了凸轮曲柄连杆开合模机构的位移、速度及加速度的设计方程和仿真曲线,验证了该凸轮曲柄连杆机构设计的合理性。

Abstract

A new cam and crank-connection open-closing mechanism was designed by analyzing of the operating principle. The kinematics and dynamics of cam and crank-connection mechanism was also analyzed. The design equation and simulation curve of displacement, velocity and acceleration for the cam and crank-connection open-closing mechanism were provided to verify the rationality of the mechanism design.
