摘要

比较分析了4种厚度EPS缓冲包装材料的压缩变形回复性、外力-位移曲线等性能。结果表明,EPS缓冲材料的回复性、永久变形与材料的厚度有很大关系,而它的外力-位移曲线的走向大致相同,厚度越大吸收的能量越多,缓冲性能越好。

Abstract

The reversion of compression distortion and force-displacement curves of four kinds of EPS buffer material with different thickness were compared and analyzed. The results showed that reversion and permanent deformation have great relation with thickness of material; the trend of force-displacement curves are roughly th〖JP2〗e same; when the material is thicker, the more energy to be absorbed and the buffer performance is the better.
