通过对器材保养包装理论的深入探讨，论证并建立了装甲装备器材保养包装新模式，创新性地研制了较为系统的保养包装设备、材料、管控系统与规范体系。在此基础上，设计并建设了装甲装备器材保养包装平台，对我军装备器材保养包装建设起到示范性的推动作用。

According to the study of maintenance packaging theory, a new mode of armored equipment maintenance packing was established; under the guidance of which, the system of maintenance packaging equipment, materials, management information system and standard was developed. Based on these, a maintenance packaging platform of armored equipment was designed. The purpose was to provide reference to promote the development of maintenance packaging work.
