针对目前复合片材柔性版印刷工艺，结合印刷设备、印刷油墨以及承印材料等要素，系统地分析了印前和印刷过程质量影响要素。通过对生产实际的分析与研究表明，影响复合片材的卫星式柔性版印刷质量的主要因素是张力控制、压力调节及UV油墨干燥控制。

The factors influencing flexo printing quality of composite sheet products were analyzed and summarized from the whole printing process, including prepress, printing process, press, printing ink, and printing material. Analysis and practical production showed that the main factors influencing product quality are tension control, pressure adjustment, and drying control of UV ink.
