摘要

介绍了目前国内金属包装三片罐的焊接工艺,以及激光焊接技术应用于金属材料加工的优势。通过对镀铬薄壁金属包装材料的激光切割实验、激光焊接实验、拉伸实验,确定了特定厚度镀铬板的激光焊接工艺参数,提出了镀铬薄板激光焊接的发展方向。

Abstract

The welding technology of Three-piece Can metal packaging in our country and the advantage of laser welding technology for metal material processing were introduced. Laser cutting test, laser welding test, and tension test of chrome-plated steel plate were carried out and the parameter of laser welding technology for certain thickness chrome-plated steel plate was determined. The development direction of laser welding of chrome-plated steel plate was put forward.
