摘要

运用安全评价系统工程原理,引入人工智能神经网络,对以往包装安全评价中传统经验法进行了量化计算处理。根据安全评价结果提出了安全措施,开展了感染性物质包装检测技术研究,并以标准这种可以共同使用和重复使用的规范性文件作为安全评价输出,保证感染性物质的运输安全。

Abstract

Quantitative computation treatment of past experience by traditional method was carried out by using system engineering principles of safety evaluation and artificial neural networks. Safety measures were put forward according to safety evaluation results. Detection technology of infectious substances packaging was studied. The standard was shared and re-use in normative evaluation of the output file as a security to ensure the safe transport of infectious substances.
